US fulfillment FAQ
Do I need a US company to use a US fulfillment center?
No. Canadian businesses work with us directly, without setting up a US company or a US address. Your customs broker handles importing your stock into the US, and we take it from there.
How does my inventory get from Canada to your warehouse?
Most Canadian brands send inventory by truck (LTL or full truckload) through a carrier and customs broker, who clear it into the US. Michigan borders Ontario, so it is a short trip from much of Canada. Send us an advance ship notice and receiving is free.
How much does US fulfillment cost?
Standard rates start at $1.25 per order, with no setup fees and no minimums. Storage is a monthly base rate plus a per-pallet rate. Rates are negotiated on your monthly volume, storage needs and shipping method.
Are your rates in US or Canadian dollars?
Our rates are quoted in US dollars.
How fast will my US customers get their orders?
