US fulfilment FAQ
Do I need a US company to use Xpert Fulfillment?
No. UK businesses work with us directly, without setting up a US company or a US address. Your freight forwarder or customs broker handles importing your stock into the US, and we take it from there.
How does my stock get from the UK to your warehouse?
Most UK brands send inventory in bulk by sea or air freight through a freight forwarder, who arranges US customs clearance. The stock is delivered to our facility in Benzonia, Michigan. Send us an advance ship notice and receiving is free.
How much does US fulfilment cost?
Our standard rates start at $1.25 per order, with no setup fees and no minimums. Storage is a monthly base rate plus a per-pallet rate. Rates are negotiated on your monthly volume, storage needs and shipping method, so we quote each brand individually.
Are your rates in US dollars?
Yes. Our rates are quoted in US dollars.
How fast will my US customers get their orders?
Orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern ship the same day on domestic US services. From Michigan, 72% of the US population is within UPS Zone 5 or less.
Can you send my stock into Amazon US (FBA)?
Yes. We prep inventory to Amazon requirements and ship it into Amazon fulfilment centres, and we can ship your Shopify and other channel orders from the same stock.
